Welcome to Wherre.com. By using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully as they contain important information about your rights, obligations, and the charges associated with our services, including add-ons.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Wherre.com, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Service Overview

Wherre.com is an organic landing page and listing page marketing platform. We provide businesses with the opportunity to create and manage business listings, landing pages, and other promotional content on a subscription basis.

3. Add-On Services

In addition to our standard services, we offer various Add-On Services designed to enhance your marketing efforts. These may include, but are not limited to:

  • Landing Page Creation
  • SEO Services
  • Blog Integration
  • Additional Call-to-Actions

Each Add-On Service comes with a monthly charge that will be clearly displayed on the corresponding button when you opt to add the service. The charge will be automatically applied to your account when you click the button to activate the Add-On.

4. Charges and Billing

  • Instant Billing: When you choose an Add-On Service, your account will be immediately charged for the first month’s fee.
  • Recurring Charges: The Add-On Service will continue to bill your account monthly until you choose to deactivate it.
  • Cancellation:
    • You can easily cancel any Add-On Service at any time through your dashboard. Alternatively, you can email us a cancellation request at Wherre@gmail.com, and our staff will process your request as soon as it is received.
    • If you cancel an Add-On Service partway through a month, any charges will be prorated based on the number of days in the month that the service was used.
  • No Refunds: Charges for Add-On Services are non-refundable, as they provide ongoing enhancements and additional features to your marketing efforts.

5. Software Updates and New Features

Wherre.com is committed to continuously improving our platform by regularly updating and upgrading the software with new features. These updates aim to enhance user experience, add value, and keep the platform aligned with current market trends.

6. Pricing Changes

While we strive to offer competitive pricing, please note that all pricing, including that of Add-On Services, is subject to change based on market conditions or demand. Any changes to pricing will be communicated to you in advance, and your continued use of the services after such changes will constitute your acceptance of the new pricing.

7. Managing Add-Ons

  • Activation: To add an Add-On Service, click the relevant button. The monthly charge will be displayed, and by clicking, you agree to the instant and recurring billing.
  • Deactivation: You can deactivate an Add-On at any time through your account settings. Once deactivated, the monthly billing will stop at the end of your current billing cycle. If the service is used for part of the month, charges will be prorated accordingly.

8. Service Modifications

Wherre.com reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue any service, including Add-Ons, at any time without prior notice. We will notify you of significant changes that may affect your use of the services.

9. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for managing your Add-On Services, including activation and cancellation. Failure to manage these services properly may result in unwanted charges, for which Wherre.com is not liable.

10. Limitation of Liability

Wherre.com is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services, including Add-Ons.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Illinois.
